General warranty conditions:

The original Feegar product you purchased is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, if purchased for a company, the warranty is 12 months.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of a brand new, unused product. Please keep your proof of purchase. If you do not attach proof of purchase, all repairs will be made for a fee. The proof of purchase must include the date of purchase and the name of the product.
We will meet our warranty obligations for any manufacturing or material defects by replacing or repairing part or all of the product free of charge.
All parts removed from the damaged product during repair automatically become the property of PPHU GrupaGSM Krystian Cielak.

The following cases are not covered by the above warranty:
- minor defects or variations in the quality of the product that do not affect its value and normal use in intended applications;
- any accessories supplied with the product;
- reusable batteries and accumulators (these products have a shorter life, which depends on the intensity and frequency of use);
- defects resulting from improper use (e.g. errors in use, mechanical damage, incorrect supply voltage). Correct use for the purposes of this manual is defined as the use of the product in accordance with the conditions specified in the instructions for use that accompanies the product;
- any modifications made by you or unauthorized persons, except where Feegar has given us written information regarding the nature and manner of such modifications;


All warranty terms become void if modifications or repairs are made by the user, unauthorized persons or workshops.

The user bears the costs of transport and the risk of damage caused in transport. To avoid damage in transit, always use the original factory packaging.
