What is the time to process the order?
In the case of orders paid by 13:00 (or cash on delivery), the shipment in the 24h courier service option is carried out on the same day (applies to working days). Orders placed or paid after 1:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day. We try to fulfill each order as soon as possible.
I am interested in your product. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our website. Just add the selected products to the basket, and then fill in the shipping details step by step, select the payment method and confirm the order. Can I change or cancel my order?
In this case, please contact us by phone for verification - if a shipping note has been sent, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the details of the order.
How long is the warranty on Feegar products?
All products purchased in our online store are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Of course, just select the appropriate option when ordering.
Is it possible to obtain a proforma invoice?
Of course, in such a situation, please place an order by e-mail with information about the ordered model, number of pieces, shipping and invoice details. On this basis, a proforma invoice is issued.
Is it possible to receive an invoice once I have received the shipment?
It is possible to receive an invoice to the e-mail address in accordance with the data provided when ordering. It is not possible to change the buyer's details (on the invoice) after receiving the shipment. If the NIP number was not entered on the receipt at the time of ordering, it is not possible to add it later.
Is it possible to receive a receipt when I have already received the parcel?
