1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
 
2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Store User and are intended for using the Store's websites. c) maintaining the store User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the store;
 
5. The store uses two basic types of cookies: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
 
6. The store uses the following types of cookies:
 
a) "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the store;
 
b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the store;
 
c) "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the store's websites;
 
d) "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc.;
 
e) "advertising" cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.
 
7. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Store users can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about each time they are placed on the store's User's device. 8. The store operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the store's websites.
 
9. Cookies placed on the end device of the store user may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the store operator.

The store is a participant in the "Trusted Opinions" program as part of the service provided by Ceneo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-166), Grunwaldzka 182, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000493884, NIP: 7792420393, REGON: 302655470, consisting in sending by Ceneo to Users via e-mail surveys aimed at obtaining opinions from the User on the transaction made by the User in the Store, as well as in posting on the website available in the Ceneo.pl domain, opinions expressed by Users as a result of receiving surveys. The User making a purchase in the Store may voluntarily consent to the transfer of his personal data, including his e-mail address to Ceneo. and to the processing of his personal data by Ceneo - only to complete the survey indicated in point 10.
